Experience a new challenge and a great way to get in shape, join for the National Learn to Row Day for free! Competitive and recreational rowers range in age from 12 to over 90, so it is never too early or too late to learn to row.

Knowledgeable, passionate coaches provide a safe and fun environment to learn the basics:

• Boat Handling
• Terminology
• Fundamentals Of The Rowing Stroke

After you spend some time on an erg (rowing machine) to get a feel for the different parts of the stroke, you’ll get on the water in a rowing shell. (We’ll throw in a coach and a few experienced rowers to keep you safe).

Please note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome.
