Lands End National Park Rx Day Hike | SF

Join in for a free National ParkRx Day Hike at Lands End. Improve your mental and physical wellness, explore your national park, and celebrate Park Prescription (ParkRx) Day. This will be an easy to moderate hike up to 3 miles, led by a National Park Ranger and a Public Health Officer. Short stops will be made to discover a labryinth, the coastal rail road, and beautiful vistas. Meet outside the Lands End Lookout Visitor Center. Please bring water, wear comfortable shoes, and dress in layers for the weather.
