Craft naturally fizzy soda right from your home kitchen with Megan. You need only three ingredients to get started: ginger, sugar, and water… and patience. First, we will go over how to make a Ginger Bug, the starter necessary for making naturally fermented sodas. Then students will learn step-by-step how to transform the Ginger Bug into naturally fermented Berry Ginger Soda and Root Beer. Megan will give insights on the health benefits of naturally fermented foods and selected herbs, great for healing digestion and liver health.
