2014 Neptune Beach Community Celebration | Alameda
Enjoy great music, food and drinks, local arts and crafts, fun for kids of all ages, and a taste of the Roaring ’20s at the annual Neptune Beach Community Celebration.

Webster Street (btwn Buena Vista and Central Ave.), Alameda
FREEThe event commemorates the Neptune Beach amusement park of the early 20th century and in 2014, features vintage costume pet parade, vintage cars, local musical talent, over 50 arts and crafts booths, carnival rides and the popular Neptune Beach history walk. A free bike valet will be provided.

- 12:00 – 1:30 pm: Kaleo & Akoni with special guest, Mio Timbalero, perform traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music with a touch of R&B and whole lot of Aloha
- 2:00 – 3:30 pm: Bear Lincoln, a raucous group of four musicians who groove with fervor and bring the house down with soulful, funky, and down-right rocking numbers
- 4:00 – 5:30 pm: Shake It Booty, a funk disco super group of top Bay Area women musicians
