Embodied Leadership:
Navigating a Post Pandemic World
Most of us had to pivot hard during the pandemic. Essential workers continued working (harder than ever!) whilst some folks became instant (dare we say, reluctant) homeschooling parents. A few thrived, jumping into crisis management mode, helping others who were struggling. Regardless of each individual’s experience, many fought burnout, adrenal fatigue and lack of self-care. AND we ALL felt the discomfort of sitting in the unknown.

Even as we begin to see a light at the end of the tunnel, we know there is no going back to “normal”. Therefore this is a golden opportunity to create a new post pandemic paradigm—one in which the gifts of Female Leadership regain value, power and support. In this informative talk Michelle Maree will explore ways for us to shore ourselves up and prepare to create a new path for our loved one, our communities, and ultimately for the world.

Bio:
Michelle Maree Hardeman-Guptill is a Transformational Coach, Speaker, Speaker Trainer and Licensed Psychotherapist with 15+ years of clinical experience working with trauma, disordered eating/body image, identity, anxiety/perfectionism, high performance and creativity. She also has a background as a director, performer, teacher, trainer, body worker and inclusion advocate. Michelle Maree is the creator of Neuro-Soma Coaching: Blending brain science with body wisdom. Her style of coaching utilizizes innovative as well as heavily researched processes such as Brainspotting, Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, and Intuition.

If you are not vaccinated, you must provide proof of a negative Covid test within seventy-two (72) hours of the event in order to attend the event.
Any guest with a higher risk of transmitting or contracting COVID-19 should not attend this event (ie. those with COVID-19 symptoms, those who have been in contact with anyone with symptoms of COVID-19, those who have recently traveled internationally and under any quarantine, those coming from areas/counties/states/countries with community transmission of COVID-19)
