Have you ever considered a career at a local tech company but aren’t interested in coding?

On Wednesday March 7th, The Berkeley-Haas School of Business and the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area  will be hosting the Spring edition of our panel discussion on “Non-Engineering Careers at Bay Area Tech Companies”.

This event will be a discussion comprised of top recruiters, diversity professionals and directors from cutting edge technology companies. The panel will be focused on non-engineering positions that need to be filled, what makes an ideal candidate for those positions, how to transition from careers at tradional organizations to the tech sector, as well as taking questions from the audience.

Confirmed panelists include Lexi Butler, of Airbnb (https://www.airbnb.com/), Matthew Alexander of Ellie Mae (https://elliemae.com/), Joy Hightower, of Genetech (https://www.gene.com/), and Aisha Chiappetta, of Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/).

This discussion will begin promptly at 6:30pm at Kapor Center for Social Impact, at 2148 Broadway in the Lotus room, so please be on time.

This is the first panel of a 3 part series that is focused on increasing access and improving economics in Black and Brown Bay Area communities.
