Join us for a thought-provoking session led by the CEO of SFCJL, Dr. Adrienne Green, as we explore how to reframe aging as a natural and enriching part of life. Through personal stories, compelling data, and actionable insights, we’ll challenge ageist attitudes, and highlight evidence-based interventions, This event will inspire fresh perspectives on aging and provide tools to enhance independence and well-being.
