Due to the unpredictability of the spread of Covid19 Virus and how it has affected both the country of Iran and the recent Emergency declaration by the Governor of California, It is with a heavy heart that I-WIN planning committee has taken the decision to cancel its Annual Norooz Spring Bazaar and Art Fair scheduled for Sunday, March 15th, 2020 to keep the community safe and away from any risk to affect the public health.
Norooz Outreach and Diaspora Arts Connection proudly present the Annual “Norooz Spring Festival,” celebrating the arrival of Spring.
