“Nothin Nice” Opening Reception | SF

First Amendment Gallery is pleased to present “Nothin Nice”, featuring new work from Eddie Colla and Bask. Join them for the opening reception Thursday. The event is free and open to the public.

Operating from opposite coasts of the United States, Eddie Colla and Bask have stylistically synced in their production of “Nothin Nice”. In their return to 1AM this summer, both artists are opening a visual dialogue into the twilight zone that is our contemporary popular culture and political climate.

The work is both technical and physical, masterful in a controlled chaos. Embodying the First Amendment in its truest form, Eddie and Bask aim to activate the urban dweller’s passive participation in the everyday commercialization of public spaces.

“Nothin Nice” will be on display until August 18th.
