In this Earth Day preview event, USF explores some important long-term implications of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami in Japan, and the nuclear crisis that followed.

What will be the impact of radiation leakage from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant on people and the environment? How will this crisis affect future efforts to combat climate change?
