The bar features a strong cocktail program from General Manager Yao Liow (formerly of Kincaid’s and Palomino), plus an elevated bar food menu from chef Alessandro Campitelli (formerly of Contrasto).
ABOUT THE VENUE – Fluid510
Fluid510 is one of Oakland’s newest performance spaces from Richard Fuentes and Sean Sullivan, the team behind The Port Bar.
The venue centers community, with a strong focus on queer spaces and people of color, and features a nearly 5,000 sq ft room with a full stage, pro sound, lighting, and rotating art from local artists.
