Featuring  16 – year old phenomena, tenor saxophone, jazz musician Ayo Brame,

a current  student at Oakland School for the Arts.

Ayo considers himself a purist when it comes to Jazz, channeling legends like

 John Coltrane and Wayne Short.

Trained by jazz great Richard Howell, of Oaktown Jazz Workshop and embraced by the vast jazz community. This talented young musician, is currently touring in the United States, Brazil and Cuba.

In addition to Tenor Saxophone, Ayo Brame  plays soprano and alto sax, clarinet, EWI, bass guitar and drums. Composing and arranging adds to his musical abilities, currently in the studio recording his debut album entitled “Oakland In My Soul!”

 After graduation Ayo  plans to further study music in New York City.
