Event Details

Volunteer to make a difference! Help support social justice in the Black community while enjoying the sunshine and some physical exercise.

We are the Uhuru Solidarity Movement, an organization under the leadership of the African People’s Socialist Party. Our mission is to build the movement for reparations to the black community by organizing white people to stand in solidarity with African liberation.

The resources that we raise benefit programs on-the-ground, such as the Black Power Blueprint, that are bridging the disparities faced by the black community in economic development, health and education!

We need volunteers to help build the movement of white solidarity with Black Power and win reparations! If you can take materials to stores, or take a neighborhood and put flyers door-to-door, we need you!

No experience needed, we have the maps, the routes, the materials, masks and hand sanitizer. We’ll provide training. We just need your help.

Contact us today to sign up for a shift! And find out more about what you’re supporting at www.uhurusolidarity.org.

We will be meeting at Bushrod Park (560 59th St, Oakland)
