Ever heard a hot dog battle cry?

The quirky gallery Frankenart Mart is holding an open call for submissions for their upcoming exhibit Battle that will run from November 6 to January 29.

All forms of art including – but not limited to – performances, lectures, visual and conceptual art that relate to the theme will be integrated to the show. Sunday, November 6 is Drop Off Day submit your art work or explain your perception of the theme. The show will grow as more entries are submitted.

Drop Off Day is also Official Hot Dog Day, so you guessed it, free hot dogs all day – either veggie or beef which will battle is out for superiority.

The Frankenart Mart was recently featured in the San Francisco Chronicle for their strange and innovative participatory living art event “Bigfoot in the Park.”
