Free Olive Oil & Wine Tasting | San Anselmo

Come and join this event that has always been fun and brings a lot of people who like to cook and eat together. Start at Amphora Nueva: San Anselmo Olive Oil Works where you can taste and sample 50+ different olive oils and balsamic vinegar. Afterwards, go across the street to Cucina Sa for some wine.

Amphora will do a talk & tasting for our group. Did you know about all the wonderful benefits of fresh olive oil (polyphenols; the fresher the olive oil the better) and unfiltered balsamic (probiotics; it must be unfiltered and unpasteurized, and the older the better). Cucina Sa has a nice selection of both Italian and California wines.
