Learn how to identify and invest in talents to turn them into strengths, and the benefits to individuals and organizations.

In the 1970s, Psychologist Dr. Don Clifton began research around the question: “What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?”This research led to what is now known as CliftonStrengths, a global movement aimed at helping people identify their talents and turn them into strengths.

Gallup-certified Strengths Consultant Maggie Harris’s talk will focus on the difference between talents and strengths, how to invest in talents to turn them into strengths, and the benefits to individuals and organizations who take a strengths-based approach to development and leadership. Lastly, she will talk about how to identify your talents.

The meeting will be held on Zoom.
