Event Details

Come make a Marble Machine, build with Legos, and make a creation with home-made Play-doh, all the while celebrating the Mission Branch’s Open House on Saturday, May 10, 2014.

What’s a Marble Machine? Roll a marble down a contraption of your own design, built with everyday materials and your imagination. For kids who already like to build with Legos, or anyone with curiosity, this program will let their inner artist and engineer come out.  Pairs of children will take turns working on building a marble machine. Sign-up on day of the event. Marble Machine is for ages 6+; other stations are open to children ages 3+.

For more information on marble machines, see this fun PDF at the Exploratorium’s website.
