Original Famous Twang Sundays is a free, all-ages concert series at Thee Parkside in Potrero Hill.

Come by every Sunday; there’s always a fresh traditional or contemporary live act and a surprise special to purchase from the kitchen.

Lineup:

Sweet Chariot, a San Francisco and Oakland based quintet with members who prefer old gear and cold beer. They play dusty desert jams, classic biker rock, and timeless power-pop trimmed in the bygone tones of West Coast canyon-twang.

E Minor and the Dirty Diamonds have hit their stride after more than a decade of playing in various Sonoma County bands, blasting out country rock and hillbilly blues originals that conjure up images of the Allman Brothers, Creedence and Hank Williams Sr. along with a taste of Howlin’ Wolf, Ralph Stanley and Tom Waits. With whiskey soaked vocals, searing guitars, bits of banjo, saxophone and a large dose of general mayhem, these boys will have you on your feet.
