You are invited to the Oscar Party to cheer for Brazil’s nominee, The Secret Agent, during the 98th Academy Awards ceremony! ✨ or your favorit movie. This year also marks the 100th anniversary of the Balboa Theatre, a beloved San Francisco landmark.

The Secret Agent is a 2025 historical political thriller film written and directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho. It follows Armando (Wagner Moura), a former professor caught in the political turmoil in the midst of the Brazilian military dictatorship, attempting to flee persecution and resist an authoritarian regime.
