You’re invited to a free panel discussion in the de Young’s Koret Auditorium on Revelations: Art from the African American South. 

Panel will be introduced and concluded by actors Danny Glover and Delroy Lindo.

  • Louisiana Bendolph, Gee’s Bend quilter
  • Jacqueline Francis PhD, art historian specializing in U.S. art of the twentieth century and contemporary African Diaspora art, California College of the Arts
  • Paul Arnett, Scholar and Souls Grown Deep Foundation Board Member
  • Timothy Anglin Burgard, The Ednah Root Curator of American Art and Curator, Revelations: Art from the African American South, Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco
