Event Details

For one night only, The Beehive Society is throwing an art party and you’re invited. Crafting the perfect playlist is serious business. “Party Mixtape” is an art show to celebrate that nostalgic ritual and the power of music. They’ve got 32 talented Bay Area artists interpreting 32 different party songs, from Lady Gaga to Justice to Beastie Boys. Come see how your favorite party jam is turned into a work of art.

It all happenes at Asterisk San Francisco Gallery on Friday, September 19, 2014 and they’ll have refreshments and the popular MoGo BBQ food truck out front serving up tasty Korean-Mexican fusion fare.

The Beehive Society is a collective of artists and curators who want to revitalize the SF Bay area art scene. Their mission is to foster creativity, support local art and throw one-night-only parties.
