Pedal Express’ 20th Anniversary: Bike Racing, Free Pizza & Cake | Oakland

Pedal Express is celebrating 20 years as “East Bay’s Premier Bike Courier Service.” Come celebrate with them at the Golden Bull in downtown Oakland on Saturday, June 14, 2014.

Activities include:

• A messenger-style Alleycat race with prizes before the party (4 pm in Berkeley’s Willard Park. $5 to enter)
• Goldsprints, a stationary bike competition with prizes, hosted by the SF Bike Messenger Association  ($5 to enter)
• Free pizza and cake while it lasts
• An album of vintage photos of Pedal Express
• A raffle for swag
• Special edition posters and tshirts for sale
• Meet past and current Pedal Express members
