Join the Mill Valley Library for a conversation and perfume making workshop with Alka Joshi, internationally bestselling author of the Jaipur Trilogy: The Henna Artist, The Secret Keeper of Jaipur and The Perfumist of Paris. Mix your own signature scent and go home with a bottle of your own custom perfume in this workshop followed by a discussion and book signing with Alka.

Alka’s debut novel, The Henna Artist, was a New York Times bestseller and a Reese Witherspoon Pick. It has been translated into 29 languages and is currently in development at Netflix as a TV series. Alka Joshi was born in India and came to the U.S. with her family at the age of nine. She has a BA from Stanford University and an MFA from California College of Arts, and she currently resides the the Bay Area.

Sausalito Books by the Bay will be the bookseller for this event.
