Love and Light Yoga and Wellness is a community based boutique studio in the diverse Excelsior District of SF. We offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre and Zumba classes. This Pilates and Prosecco Social is meant for those who are new and not so new to Pilates who want to meet new people in a fun and supportive environment. Come get a work out and enjoy a glass of bubbly as you meet new people! Bring your friends and have a great experience.
