Come and explore and play with your inner animal in a safe and welcoming group of men. Using the movement-based Expressive Arts maps and systems of the Tamalpa Life/Art Process, Steven will guide the group of men through a playful series of encounters with their inner animal.

If movement is not a significant part of your life. If you sit at a desk most of the day, or sit in your car a lot, these workshops are particularly designed for you. To get you moving with a new relationship to your body.
