Enjoy and participate in the creative process of the intersectional theater project. The table read will offer community members and story circle participants a glimpse into the creative process of playwrights Bonnie Wai-Lee Kwong and Cleavon Smith, as well as an opportunity to provide feedback as the two playwrights read parts of the first draft of the collaborative script on the theme: What Makes Oakland Home?
