Poetic Theater and Community Holiday Party | Oakland

Freedom Speaks Creative Arts and Lyrical Opposition team up to present, The Journey, a poetic theater production that takes an introspective look at life and its many ups and downs, while it attempts to answer the question, “what is life really about?”

The Journey uses delicate and thought provoking poetry to weave together this creative conversation, as the audience is encouraged to reflect on their own personal journeys, as they take up courage confront past and present disappointments.

Jointhem one hour before show time for their Community Hour Christmas Celebration. The goal is to simply be merry and bright and hang with creative people. 7pm – 8pm, Light refreshments will be served.
