When someone is deeply inspired, nothing can stop them from succeeding in life. Kathleen Archambeau will discuss her new creation Pride & Joy, a book of pure inspiration, filled with stories of queer heroes who overcame, persisted and lived life both out and joyously out loud, completely on their own terms. These icons and real people role models broke boundaries, broke some rules and paved the way for every generation to come. Their message? Be true to yourself, above all. Express, create, write, dance, parent, sing, tech, rise up, preach, teach and shine your light for all to see.
