Amoeba Music: Free In-Store Mini Concerts
Amoeba Music regularly welcomes traveling and local artists for in-store performances at their San Francisco and Berkeley locations.
Hear your favorite artists for free often right before they hit the stage elsewhere in the Bay Area.
Join Amoeba Berkeley as they celebrate the life of Purple Royalty – Prince.
On Wednesday, June 7th at 4pm, Amoeba Berkeley will channel the love of one of the greatest artists of our time. Music will be provided by DJs Camille (Amoeba’s resident Prince afficionado) and Pam the Funkstress, who was chosen to be Prince’s last tour DJ after she provided her turntable skills for some Bay Area afterparties.
They’ll have a selection of Prince’s favorite eats, some cardboard cutout photo opportunities, a trivia contest, and you can get 25% off your entire purchase when you dress up as your favorite Prince-related character. There will also be a sale for 20% off all Prince music & merch for everyone.
