Project Open Hand is launching a new program for San Francisco Older Adults!
The Project Age Well Program is a 16-week series of nutritious meal or grocery deliveries accompanied by small group sessions with peers to discuss strategies and skills for living healthy and fulfilling lives as we age.
You may be eligible if you are:
– 60+ years of age
– Living in San Francisco
– Living with an income at or below 300 percent of the federal poverty level ($3,220 per month for a household of one person)
– Seeking social connections with peers
– Able to access the internet and utilize a computer or other device with microphone and built-in video camera (If you do not own a device, one may be provided to you during the program.)
