Sneak Peak at The Future of The Presidio | SF

The Presidio Trust invites the public to consider three innovative proposals of the future of the former Commissary at Crissy Field, which is currently occupied by Sports Basement.

Get a sneak peak at three of the proposals and give your say about which project you think will be best for the space.

Informational Open Houses
July 29 – 31, 2013
Drop in, meet the project teams, and engage in one-on-one discussions about this remarkable opportunity. The Open Houses will be held at the Observation Post (211 Lincoln Boulevard, near the Post Office on the Main Post).

Three sessions will be offered on each day: 8:30 to 10 am; 11:30 am to 1 pm; and 6:30 to 8 pm.

Featuring illustrations, digital art and animation, cinematic art and design, set design, props, costumes, and models

>> Tuesday, July 30 – The Bridge/Sustainability Institute – proposed by the Chora Group and WRNS
A place to explore the critical social, economic, and environmental issues from water conservation to labor practices.

>> Wednesday, July 31 – Presidio Exchange – proposed by the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy
An open-platform cultural center, showcasing art installations, hackathons, film festivals to green-tech expositions, and dance performances to lectures on Presidio history.
