July 15
Stoney Mountain Ramblers
Influenced by the musical traditions of Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs and the Grateful Dead, the Stoney Mountain Ramblers get the crowd hootin’ and hollerin’ with their hot picking, high-lonesome harmonies, barn-burning dance tunes and the occasional “odd” cover.

The group formed in 2001 in the Stoney Mountain district of Menlo Park. Mainstays of the peninsula pre-school circuit, the band has also performed at various legendary Bay Area bluegrass venues including the Brookdale Lodge, the Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival and KKUP Monday Night Bluegrass.

August 5
Wildcat Mountain Ramblers
Two musicians met and sparks of creativity, caring and finally love found tinder back in 2001. Soon they were raising his children and making more music. They opened their mountain home to friends, musicians, and their children’s many friends where they shared music, her amazing cooking and countless good times. Invitations to share their music and fun at local parties, benefits, wineries and more grew and fun-loving like minded musicians joined them. Many wonderful friends and their son Isaac have been part of this mobile party which has included some great fans/friends as it has grown into the Wildcats of today.

September 9
