Event Details

Guests from all backgrounds are invited to attend Purim Palooza, a free carnival celebrating the Jewish holiday Purim. All activities are free and open to the public. Enjoy live music, play carnival games, make arts and crafts, eat Hamantashen – and be silly.

9:30-11:30am Family Connections
Open to families with 0-to-3 year-olds and their siblings. Music, art, cooking and parent education. RSVP to Melody mhorowitz@marinjcc.org

11:30am-3pm – Family Carnival for All Ages

  • Carnival Games & Purim Quiz
  • Traditional Food for Purchase
  • Purim stories with the PJ Library (R)
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Bounce House
  • Face Painting & Balloon Animals

12pm Art Gallery Opening Reception for Joyce Steinfeld, The Sacred Word

12:30pm Brandeis Hillel Day School Band

1:30pm Kol Shofar Purim Shpiel

One tradition of Purim is to give freely to those in need. Please bring at least one can or package of food, which will be donated to for Tzedahkah (charity).
