Quick Draw SF: Monthly Live Art Party | SoMa
The Bay Area’s Paint Pens Collective and Never Ending Radical Dude present Quick Draw SF, a monthly live-drawing event co-curated by Shayna Yasuhara and Jason Furie.
Each month, ten artists are selected to come draw and sell their creations on the “art wall” available on the cheap. Everyone is welcome to come and draw, so bring your sketchbooks.
There’s also a “merch table” where artists sell swag such as prints, books, and original art. Credit cards accepted.
For January, Quick Draw figured a new year means a fresh start. This month’s theme is black and white work.
January’s Featured Artists include Ajuan Mance, Ben Jelter, Frank Tongl, Hwwl, Brie Spielmann, Tatyana Vogt, Lloyd Hoshide, Matt Harding, Monico Chavez, and Steven Russell Black.
