Winter is approaching and it’s high time to quick-pickle the last of those fresh veggies.

Learn how to pickle just about any vegetable (or fruit if you’re daring!). Rock Paper Scissors Collective will provide some vegetables for you to use, all you need to bring is a few tight-sealing jars (old pasta sauce jars).

Feel free to bring produce, herbs, and spices of your own
