The Ramen God collection presents the artist’s love of ramen while Yummy Fun Aminals showcases the playful nature of the artist’s work, with paintings of food and animal combinations.

The exhibition will run from October 5 – November 5, 2022 at the Korean Center lobby.

Lightning Yumeku is an animator, painter and entrepreneur with a passion for activism, youth education, and art. The founder and owner of 3 Degrees Films, an animation production company that creates children’s animations, music videos and pilots, Lightning engages in activities that align with his passions to promote the arts among youth. Most recently, Lightning created the “Wishes to the Moon” sculpture that was featured in Korean Center’s Chuseok Festival.
