4th Street Fine Art presents our new exhibition, “Ravel!” showing the work of weaver Vera Totos and fiber artist Celena Peet. Their individual pieces explore the varied meanings of the word Ravel, which can mean both to fray/untangle or to become tangled: considering opacity/transparency, flow/structure, concealing/revealing, and permanence/impermanence. The show includes pieces by both artists, as well as an interactive piece that in-person viewers are encouraged to fray, cut, and take pieces from, explore its structure and become active participants in the show. Join us in to view in person in our well-ventilated gallery or online at 4thstreetfineartshop.com. Artist Reception: Sunday, May 2, 11am – 4pm PST
