Spend an sweltering August afternoon socializing over scoops at the Ravenswood Historic Site’s annual Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Social.
The event includes games, music, historical demonstrations and more, with hot dogs and ice cream also available for purchase to benefit the historic site’s restoration.
In addition to $5 pony and buggy rides, there will also be a free baby petting zoo, children’s activities and musical entertainment from the Pleasanton Community Concert Band and Valley Banjos.
