The ‘Who Needs Snow?’ Holiday Celebration brings a bit of the Swiss Alps to San Francisco as swissnex transforms their office space into a cozy après-ski (after skiing) environment highlighting top Swiss design.
With help from Swiss architect Hans-Jörg Ruch and photographer Filippo Simonetti, they’re transforming their space into a cozy chalet on the slopes of the Engadin, complete with views onto the Alps, an “outdoor” ice bar, and typical après-ski snacks.
Swiss Design & Raffle Prizes
Furniture from Lukas Scherrer, Claude Zellweger, and Yves Behar, as well as Scherrer’s airlines carts for food and beverage service, highlight Swiss design. With raffle prizes from Sports Basement and Alpha Omega winery in Napa, owned by Swiss winemaker Jean Hoefliger, the evening will be pretty hard to beat
The event coincides with Night in the Square, organized by the Jackson Square Historic District Association. Night in the Square is an open-door evening for businesses in the design-oriented neighborhood.
