Event Details

What’s more exciting than Armageddon, more conclusive than the Rapture, and much more certain than either? Join astrophysicist Greg Laughlin (UCSC) and planetologist Chris McKay (NASA) as they explore real doomsday scenarios on Sunday afternoon, August 28, at the Roxie Theater. This event marks the beginning (after 12 annual festivals) of monthly Wonderfest science events. Expect only the rapture of scientific insight.
