Redwood City’s 150th Anniversary Festival & Flower Extravaganza

Redwood City celebrates its Sesquicentennial year in style, starting with a special 150th Festival and Flower Extravaganza.

This free downtown event features three stages, along with attractions such as a Flower Extravaganza & flower sale, live music, a historic fashion show, 1850s pioneer camp, Kids Love Trucks area, Art on the Square, and an evening 3D Digital Light Show.

Amateur and professional barbecue chefs will compete at the Redwing Chicken Wing Competition for fun, prizes and major bragging rights. Lastly, there will be an adult libations tasting area, delicious ethnic food, free hands-on art projects, and a children’s play area, complete with bounce houses, and much, much more.
