Immerse yourself in the fortifying energy of the redwood forest and join an interactive experience with these magnificent trees to engage in sensory activities, mindful meditation, and a revitalizing hike to the Ancient Redwood, a 2,000 year-old giant of Sonoma mountain.
Conducted by California Naturalist, Laura Wagner. Four miles, Moderate pace, 620′ elevation gain. Bring: Water, bandana or eye mask, layered clothing. Note: These hike takes place on uneven, rocky terrain, be sure to wear hiking shoes. Dogs not allowed on trails
