Unleash Your Inner Rebel at the “Refusés of the Bay” Opening Reception on Friday, Sept. 29th 5-9PM Voss Gallery!

Join us for an unforgettable night where we roll out the red carpet on Friday, September 29th, from 5-9PM at Voss Gallery, followed by an electric soirée at Metal Haus Gallery starting at 8PM and lasting late into the night!

“Refusés of the Bay” is an extraordinary collaboration between Voss Gallery and Metal Haus Gallery featuring two curated exhibitions by exceptional Bay Area artists. These visionaries were inexplicably overlooked by the jurors of The de Young Open 2023. Don’t miss this chance to be the first to view and discover the hidden gems of the local arts community!

• Dress to Impress: Flaunt your artistic flair and make a statement with your outfit! Plus, don’t forget to smile for our talented photographer who will be capturing the evening celebration!
• View the Visionaries: Engage with over 80 Bay Area artists and a curated selection of regional artists in the gallery’s lower-level space [The Down Low].
• RSVP Time Slots: To ensure everyone enjoys a seamless experience, we’ve designated 30-minute time slots available from 5PM to 9PM. Select your preferred slot when you RSVP.
• The Celebration Continues: Join us at Metal Haus Gallery from 8PM till late for an evening soirée filled with art, live music, and delightful drinks! Please visit Metal Haus Gallery’s website to purchase a ticket to attend their event. The exhibition will be free to view by appointment thereafter.

Both exhibitions will run through October 28, 2023. Voss Gallery hours: Wednesday-Saturday, 12-6PM, or by appointment. Metal Haus Gallery hours: Friday-Monday, by appointment.
