Yofi Tirosh will join in conversation with Michael Helfand to discuss her work on issues of sex segregation in higher education in Israel and the appropriate balance between religious accommodation and sex equality.

This virtual talk is part of a year-long virtual lunchtime series on Civil Society and Plurality in Israel. We are hearing from remarkable scholars about critical social and political issues and movements in Israeli society, including questions of religion, gender, nationality, multiculturalism, pluralism, and equality.
