“Resistance is Fertile” Free Comedy Night | SF

ritespotA show of queens, queers, and 1 token peen. Nicole Calasich, Shelbi Evans, and Brooke Heinichen bring you Resistance is Fertile featuring a majority female lineup of the Bay Area’s rising stars in comedy to discuss the joys of being a woman in a batshit world, the eternal struggle to harness one’s inner diva, and the art of resisting everything but our favorite vices.

Bonus track: They will lovingly humiliate 1 male comic for the sins of all men, ever and invert the typical stand up lineup structure where only one woman is booked on a predominantly male lineup.

2/19 Lineup:

  • Headliner: Chey Bell (SJ Improv, Featured for Rachel Feinstein)
  • Aviva Siegel (Talkies)
  • Mary Bushee (New York Underground Comedy Club)
  • Ivy Vasquez
  • Featured Male Alejandro Ochoa (SF Punch Line)

Brought to you by Nicole Calasich (Comedy Central Clusterfest), Shelbi Evans (SF Sketchfest), and Brooke Heinichen (SF Sketchfest)

Please check The Rite Spot’s instagram for specials announced the day-of.
