Learn how to brew the perfect cup of coffee with hands-on training from the owner of Ritual Coffee Roasters.

During this 90-minute class/workshop at Horatius (a unique market gallery, bistro, wine bar in Potrero Hill) you’ll learn insider tips on coffee brewing from Eileen Hassi (owner of Ritual) and Pele Aveua (Head Trainer of Ritual) and we’ve been told you’ll get to sample everything that’s brewed.

What you’ll learn: Eileen and Pele will be demonstrating how to brew coffee with a French Press and Chemex. They will be brewing Batz Chocola from Guatemala and Los Chacones from Costa Rica. Guests will be able to taste the coffees and ask questions.
