For a night of music you’ll think sounds like transmissions from other, hopefully friendly and not murderous, planets, head over to Doc’s Lab for Sonic Scientists. Featuring Smomid, a sound experiment by Nick Demopoulos, who uses his String Modeling Midi Device (Smomid) to create soundscapes, B1, an electronic musician from San Francisco, Pure Finder, an SF based experimental percussion duo, and Sung Kim, Korean improvisor, sculptor, and instrument builder.

This night of robot music is just the thing you’ll need to show the robots you’re on their side when they inevitably take over the world.
