Join us for an extended, 2-hour Rocket 3 offering in support of Reproductive Rights!
Since the Dobbs v. Jackson Supreme Court decision 4 years ago (restricting abortion access and reproductive rights), activists have been working relentlessly to offer access points for care and support for reproductive rights. Help raise money for the non-profit Access Bridge by participating in this special Rocket 3 offering!
Rocket 3 is a sequence of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate series, presenting a mix of classic and creative variations of poses aimed to invigorate and strengthen the body, while promoting a spirit of freedom for the mind.
-No Rocket experience needed, but familiarity with sun salutations is recommended
