The 34th Annual Rockridge Halloween Parade is a free district-wide event along College Avenue (about 13 blocks – from Broadway to Alcatraz) in Oakland featuring trick-or-treating at more than 40 businesses, crafts, music, story time, costume contests for kids and pups, and Halloween-themed activities at local businesses.
