Rooftop Reception for New Art Installation | Petaluma

Come celebrate a brand new art installation in downtown Petaluma. The reception for Artist Basal Ganglia will be held on the rooftop level of the Theatre District parking garage overlooking the intallation on the wall of the old PG&E substation.

Basal Ganglia conceived the work and for almost two years and spent two years getting the approval from Pacific Gas and Electric. Then he brought in maker extraordinaire Shawn Thorsson to construct the 17 foot structure. Both will be present at the event.

Come enjoy music, wine, hors-d’œuvres, and Petaluma’s newest public artwork.
